01 About Us

It all began in 2008 when Benjamin Jost (co-founder and CEO) and Jakob Riegger (co-founder and former COO) decided to build a platform that helps hotels, destinations, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and restaurants improve their services and presence in the market!

After some research about industry trends, they founded the TrustYou Headquarters in Munich with the aim of creating a platform that helps B2B companies with semantic technology.

After working on the SaaS platform, they soon realized the importance of providing comparable data to businesses, and hence, Analytics was born. Web reviews then started to become a trend, and TrustYou moved to Survey.

Fast forward to today: Hospitality has changed dramatically. Data is everywhere. Guest expectations are sky-high. Hotels need smarter tools to keep up.

That’s why we evolved. TrustYou isn’t just about feedback anymore. We became the world’s #1 hospitality AI platform, helping them engage guests, optimize operations, and drive revenue.
